Satay Chicken Noodles

Serves 4


Step 1

Slice the chicken breasts into strips and coat in salt, pepper, garlic granules and Chinese five spice. Slice the onion and leave aside for later

Step 2

Heat 1tbsp olive oil and fry the chicken for 6-8 minutes until cooked through and then set it aside on plate

Step 3

Add more oil to the pan and add the sliced onion and fry for a few minutes before spooning in garlic paste and chilli paste and fry for a few more minutes

Step 4

Combine soy sauce, honey and peanut butter to make the sauce. Pour the sauce into the pan with the onions and add the noodles, stir and readd the cooked chicken and give a final stir before serving
