Method

Step 1

Start by soaking the dried seaweed in cold water allowing it to expand, drain the water away and set aside.

Step 2

Chop up your beef, seaweed and ginger. Then, heat up a pan with sesame oil then add in the garlic, beef and seaweed. Stir well until is partly cooked (around two minutes).

Step 3

Then add two cups of water, cover with a pan and leave on a medium-low heat for ten to fifteen minutes.

Step 4

Add salt, light soy sauce, spring onion and coriander. Stir well and serve.
