Serves 3


Step 1

Season both sides of the shrimp with Old Bay seasoning and ginger. Chop the onion and zucchinis and set aside

Step 2

Melt 1tbsp butter in a cast iron with 1tsp oil, then add the shrimp to cook in a single layer for 2-3 minutes until pink, then flip and cook the other side. Add soy sauce

Step 3

Cook the onion in a separate cast iron with 1tsp oil for around 3 minutes before stirring so that they brown. Add the zucchini and 2tbsp butter and sauté

Step 4

Add 1tbsp soy sauce and teriyaki marinade to the onion and zucchini and stir well. Allow to bubble for 5 minutes, serve the shrimp and vegetables with rice and enjoy!
