If you're in a rush or on the go but still need something hearty and flavoursome this is it!
Start by peeling your potatoes and then boiling them for ten minutes. Drain and then chop the potatoes into rough chunks, place into your salad bowls
Season with aromat. Then chop up some fresh parsley and add to the bowl, add dried if you have this too
Next, make your dressing by scooping mayonnaise and mustard into a ramekin and mixing together, then squeeze in a generous amount of honey to cut through the sharpness. Pour over your potato salad and mix well. Season with salt and pepper and serve
