Step 1

Start by boiling your egg for six minutes, prepare an ice bath whilst while the egg is cooking. Transfer the egg into the ice bath after six minutes

Step 2

Toast your bagel. Spread your tbsp of cream cheese over. Peel the shell away from your egg and slice into quarters. Decorate your bagel with the egg quarters

Step 3

Season your bagel with salt, pepper and paprika. Slice up your green onion and garnish your bagel. Finally lightly drizzle some olive oil over and enjoy!
