Soy Garlic Crispy Chicken Bites

Step 1

Start by dicing your chicken thighs to your preferred size. Then add diced garlic, diced ginger and soy sauce with the chicken into a mixing bowl and combine all the ingredients. Allow chicken mixture to marinade in soy sauce, garlic and ginger for 45 minutes (minimum)

Step 2

Next, drain the excess soy sauce from the bowl. Then add in a beaten egg and flour and mix together thoroughly until the chicken is well coated

Step 3

Next, pick the chicken bites out from the mixture, gently shake off any excess flour, and place onto your air fryer tray. Air fry for 15 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius, flipping half way. Enjoy!
