Spaghetti Bolognaise
“Spaghetti bolognaise made with Chorizo and Salami”

Serves 6


Step 1

Finely chop the onion, chilli, chorizo sausage, garlic and salami

Step 2

Heat a pan of water as add 1tsp salt. Once boiling add the spaghetti

Step 3

In a deep sauté pan heat the vegetable oil and add the chopped onions, chilli, garlic, chorizo and salami. Stir well

Step 4

Sprinkle in the minced beef and stir until brown

Step 5

Add in the tomato purée, stir in well. Season with black pepper and salt

Step 6

Add in the tomato passata and stir in well and allow to cook for 10 minutes. Optional - bake some garlic bread

Step 7

Add in 5tbsp of grated parmesan cheese

Step 8

Once the spaghetti is cooked and into the mince along with a ladle of the pasta water and mix well

Step 9

Plate up the spaghetti, add parmesan cheese to taste and serve with garlic bread
