Slice up the chicken breast into thin slivers, then place into a bowl with the buttermilk, and ensure it is well coated. Cover and leave for a couple of hours, but preferably overnight

Mix together the flour, paprika, garlic powder, cayenne, and a good seasoning of salt and pepper.

Dip the chicken breast into the flour, and give them a squeeze to make sure they are well coated. Heat up some oil in a deep frying pan.

Melt the maple syrup, sriracha and butter together in a saucepan, and meanwhile, cook the chicken in the heated oil until golden brown.

When the sauce is bubbling, remove from the heat, and drizzle over the cooked chicken, sprinkle over some chopped chives, and enjoy!
