Start by emptying your peri peri sachet into a mixing bowl along with garlic granules, the juice of half of a lemon and olive oil. Then, spoon in two tbsp of greek yoghurt and mix well. Then go in with a spoonful of tandoori marinade. Mix well again
Now, prepare your chicken and then begin to rub the marinade and cover the chicken entirely in the paste.
Prepare your BBQ and place the chicken skin side down. Turn every fifteen minutes basting when turned to ensure there is full flavour. Serve with fresh lemon juice and herbs.
