Try these minced kebab meatballs in a tomato chutney sauce. It's beautifully spiced and you just need 1 pan!
Add your mince into a bowl then add in 1tsp curry powder, 1tsp cumin, 1sp coriander powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, 1tbsp chopped coriander and an egg. Then use your hands to combine thoroughly and divide in to your preferred meatball sizes
In a pan over medium heat, add in some oil and fry your meatballs until golden on each side. Once cooked remove from the pan and set aside
In the same pan, add your breyani mix along with the onions and green chilli. Fry until the onions are soft and translucent, mixing as they cook
Now go in with the ginger and garlic, stir and fry for a minute, then add in the 1tsp cumin, 1tsp coriander spice, 1tsp curry powder, turmeric and garam masala. Mix together then add in 100ml water and reduce into a thick paste
Then add in your tomato paste and stir to combine along with another splash of water to loosen. Add in your chopped tomato with 1tbsp fresh coriander and cook until softened. Add a splash more water to loosen into your desired sauce consistency with salt and sugar
Finally, introduce the meatballs to the sauce in the pan, stir until they are coated then place the lid on and cook for a further 5-10 minutes on low. Garnish with some fresh coriander and serve
