Spicy Sri Lankan Chicken Thighs

Step 1

Start by finely dicing your garlic, onion and ginger and finely slicing your chillis

Step 2

Next, add your chicken thighs to a mixing bowl. Add salt pepper, paprika, chilli powder, Sri Lankan curry powder, cumin, turmeric, cardamon powder, diced garlic, diced ginger, sliced chillis, diced onion, 0% fat yoghurt and lime juice. Use your hands to combine the ingredients and ensure the chicken is evenly coated

Step 3

Place into your airfryer for 20 minutes at 200 degrees celsius (400F). Once time has finished, remove and top with a fresh squeeze of lime
