Spinach and Tomato Omelette

Step 1
Start by cracking eggs into a bowl. Season with salt and pepper and then whisk together
Step 2
Chop your handful of spinach, and then add to the eggs
Step 3
Add your butter to the pan on a medium heat. Whilst melting, slice your beef tomato into rounds and then place into the pan. Season with aromat and then flip and repeat.
Step 4
After a few minutes, pour in your egg and spinach mixture, rolling around the sides of the pan to create an omelette shape. Let fry for five minutes, before placing under a grill for two minutes, or covering with a lid for two minutes. Optionally, add cheese.
