Spinach & Feta Pasties

These delicious pies are salty and slightly sweet, perfect for lunch with friends


Serves 8


Step 1
Dice the onion and sweat down, then add frozen spinach and allow to cook down. Beat the egg and set aside, preheat your oven to 180ºC
Step 2
Once the spinach is nearly cooked, add chilli flakes, salt and pepper
Step 3
Drain the excess liquid from the spinach with a sieve and leave to cool. Crumble the cheese in a bowl
Step 4
Open the puff pastry and roll into around 8 squares, then spoon the spinach and the feta into the centre of each. Fold the pastry up, seal with a fork, brush with beaten egg and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown, then serve and enjoy!
