This stewed lamb dish is an ultimate comfort food, served with leftover veggies this is a great way to clear out the fridge

Step 1
Season the lamb with green seasoning, jerk marinade, all-purpose seasoning, rosemary, smoked paprika, browning, liquid Maggi seasoning, black pepper Maggi cube and stock cube and mix well, then refrigerate overnight
Step 2
Get a pan on a high heat and add the lamb to brown. Chop the onion, pepper and garlic
Step 3
Add the vegetables and chopped tomatoes to the pan, then add a little water to the bowl that you marinated the lamb in and pour into the pan and do the same for the tinned tomatoes
Step 4
Mix and cook with a lid on for 45 minutes
Step 5
Add the sugar and cook for a further 10-20 minutes or until the lamb is tender and the sauce has thickened. Serve and enjoy!
