Slice the chicken into strips. Mix milk, egg, salt, garlic seasoning, onion seasoning, chicken seasoning, paprika and black pepper, then place the chicken in the marinade, cover and refrigerate for around 1 hour
Coat the chicken in flour, then back in the marinade, then the flour again
Spritz the chicken with Fry Light, then air fry for 12 minutes at 200ºC, then flip and cook for a further 6 minutes
Chop and fry the onion, pepper and garlic, then add soy sauce, honey, ketchup and barbecue sauce along with a splash of water. Once it’s bubbling, add the chicken and coat. Cook down until sticky, then serve with rice and enjoy!
