Ingredients

Method

Step 1

Wash and soak the rice for 1 hour, then steam for 50 minutes or until tender

Step 2

Pour 1 cup/250ml coconut milk, ΒΌ cup/90g agave and a pinch of salt into a pan on a medium heat with the rice and mix well, then set the rice aside and allow to cool

Step 3

Heat the pan to a medium heat, then add 1 cup/250ml coconut milk, 2tbsp agave, 1tbsp cornstarch and a pinch of salt and stir. Allow to thicken

Step 4

Peel and slice the mango. Wet the rice papers, add the mango, rice filling and roll. Serve with the cream sauce and enjoy!
