Sticky Sweet Chicken and Brocolli

Serves 4


Step 1

Start by making the sticky sweet sauce by mixing together the dark soy soy sauce, honey and sriracha until combined

Step 2

Then pour some sesame oil into a hot pan and add in the chicken breast chunks

Step 3

Sprinkle over some garlic granules, chinese five spice and chilli flakes and stir and fry for around 4 mins to add some colour

Step 4

Then add in a head of small broccoli florets and continue to fry for a further 3 mins before tipping in the sauce

Step 5

Then you want to simmer that for a further 3 mins to thicken

Step 6

Now portion out some cooked jasmine rice and top with the chicken and broccoli, drizzling over any remaining sauce

Step 7

Finally, sprinkle on some sesame seeds and chilli flakes to garnish, enjoy
