Method

Step 1

Firstly, roughly chop your onions. Peel your carrots and potatoes, then roughly chop those too. Set aside for later

Step 2

Melt your knob of butter into a pan on a medium heat. Add in your lamb once the butter is melted. Once the meat has browned, throw in your onions to soften. Let become translucent before adding in carrots and potatoes. Mix well

Step 3

Season generously with salt and pepper. Continue to mix

Step 4

Then, create your gravy by mixing granules with boiling water. Pour over your vegetables and meat. Cover and let cook for thirty minutes

Step 5

Finally, serve with buttered tiger bread
