Method

Step 1
Start by grating your tomato and finely slicing or mincing garlic.
Step 2
Then fry your garlic in olive oil gently for a few minutes before adding in your tomato.
Step 3
Beat your eggs together then add them to the pan of tomatoes and scramble together.
Step 4
Finish with feta cheese, serve on a slice of fresh bread, season with salt and pepper to taste.
