Ingredients

Serves 1

1 cup frozen strawberries

50ml white or spiced rum

50ml strawberry syrup

1 lime

Salt

Mint

Ice

50ml lime juice

Method

Step 1

Start by halving a lime and then running it around the rim of your glass, then, lie some salt out on a plate and create a salt-rim by placing your glass down in the salt and twisting a few times.

Step 2

Next, in a blender add your frozen strawberries, ice, lime juice, rum and strawberry syrup. Whiz together until a deep red slush is created.

Step 3

Pour out into your glass. Slice lime and place it on the glass, and garnish your cocktail with a small pinch of mint. Enjoy!
