Mix up your lunches with this sushi sarni!

Method

Step 1
Start by cutting the veggies and prepare the dressing by mixing all the peanut butter, soy sauce, agave syrup and lime juice together.
Step 2
Put a nori seaweed sheet with the shiny side facing down and with your hands wet, put a square of rice in the centre of the seaweed, as compact as you can.
Step 3
Place all the filling ingredients, a bit of the dressing and another layer of rice.
Step 4
Place the 1/4 nori sheet on to. Wet the end of the base nori sheet, fold and seal all 4 corners. Place in fridge for half an hour. Cut and drizzle more of the dressing, enjoy!
