Method

Step 1

Dice the onion and green pepper, then cook the Vivera plant drumsticks according to packet instructions until crispy

Step 2

Mix the ketchup, white wine vinegar, brown sugar and a splash of juice from a tin of pineapples until the sugar has dissolved

Step 3

Fry off the onions and peppers, then grate in ginger and garlic. Add chilli flakes, pineapple, the plant drumsticks, sweet and sour sauce and cornflour mixed with water as needed to thicken. Serve topped with sesame seeds and spring onion and enjoy!
