Sweet and Sticky BBQ Chicken Drumsticks with Spicy Potatoes and Herb Mayonnaise

Preheat your oven to 180 degrees celsius. Then, cut all your potatoes in half. Place into a bowl of water and boil to soften then lay out to dry
Next, place your chicken drumsticks on a lined baking tray and place into the oven for 40 minutes
Now take your chorizo and dice into small pieces. At the same time, finely slice your garlic and chillis
Prepare a frying pan with bottom layer of oil over a high heat. Once the oil is hot, add in the potatoes and fry for a couple minutes until beginning to crisp. Add in the chorizo, fry for 2 minutes then come in with your chilli and garlic
Now, finely dice your parsley and dill. Into a bowl add the sour cream, evaporated milk and mayonnaise. Add the herbs and garlic powder and stir to combine. Serve with the chicken and potatoes and enjoy!
