Dice the chicken into bite size chunks, then beat 2 eggs in a bowl and add the plain flour to another
Coat the chicken in egg, then flour. Pan fry over a medium-high heat until golden and crispy
Add the garlic and ginger, then mix and cook for a minute. Add soy sauce, ketchup and sweet chilli sauce. Mix well and bring to the boil, then serve with rice, sesame seeds and spring onions and enjoy!
