Add your soy sauce and sriracha sauce into a bowl and mix together before then adding your chicken. Mix your chicken around in the bowl to ensure it all gets covered well. It tastes best if you can allow it to marinate in the fridge for at least 1 hour prior to cooking

When ready to cook, place your chicken in the air fryer for 15 minutes at 200 degrees celsius

Remove the chicken from the air fryer and coat in the sweet chilli sauce before returning to the air fryer for another 5 minutes

After the 5 minutes, the chicken should be ready, slice up and serve with your favourite accompaniment
