Ingredients

Method

Step 1

Slice the shallots, garlic, broccoli (florets and stem) and mushrooms. Heat a large frying pan or wok on a high heat before adding cooking oil

Step 2

Add the shallots and garlic and fry for 2-3 minutes to soften

Step 3

Add the broccoli and mushrooms and fry for 6 minutes, stirring occasionally

Step 4

In the meantime, mix soy sauce, sriracha, sweet chilli sauce and water and set aside

Step 5

Boil a saucepan of water and cook the noodles for 4 minutes

Step 6

Drain the noodles and add to the veg in the pan along with the sauce, stir well, serve and enjoy!
