In a frying pan add onion, chicken mince, and cook till white. Add taco seasoning, tomato and water, cook for 5 minutes. Add bell pepper, chilli, coriander and mint- cook for 5 minutes. Add 2tsp garlic powder, salt and parsley

Place taco shells in a greased baking dish. Spoon the chicken mixture into each taco. Top with cheddar, mozzarella and parsley. Bake at 180C for 15 minutes

To make the sauce, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, mustard, honey, garlic powder, black pepper and paprika. Drizzle over tacos and top with spring onion
