Tandoori Chicken Lollipops

These spicy, tender chicken lollipops are a great main for sharing with friends and family


Serves 6


Step 1
Cut around the bone where the meat starts on the chicken drumsticks and push the meat down to make a lollipop shape and clean off the rest of the bone by scraping with your knife
Step 2
In a bowl, combine Greek yoghurt, garam masala, coriander, ginger, cumin, turmeric, cayenne, salt, pepper and tomato puree to make the marinade
Step 3
Add the chicken to the marinade and leave in your fridge overnight
Step 4
Preheat your oven to 400ºF/200ºC and place the chicken on a wire rack over an oven dish. Bake for 30 minutes
Step 5
Once the internal temperature has reached 165ºF/74ºC, serve and enjoy!
