Method

Step 1

Start by chopping up your mini peppers, jalapenos, onion and celery. Place into a food processor and mince together

Step 2

Shred your mushroom into small pieces and cut up your jackfruit. In a large mixing bowl, add your minced veggies, jackfruit, and beyond meat patties. Add in all of your seasonings beside bbq sauce and mix well with your hands. The mixture should have lots of texture. (It won't be very visually appealing at the point but you have anything to worry about)

Step 3

Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and press the mixture out to 2-inch thickness. Shape into a rectangle. Score rectangle into rib-like strips (about 2 inches wide). Place in oven for 45 minutes 200 degrees

Step 4

Remove from oven. Slather barbecue sauce on top & place back in the oven for 10-20 minutes depending on whether you want it saucy or caramelized, enjoy the best ribs ever!
