Method

Step 1

Grate ginger and garlic and mix with rice vinegar, sesame oil, maple syrup and sesame seeds. Combine the dr4essing with shredded cabbage, grated carrot, chopped onion and roughly chopped coriander

Step 2

Whisk together egg yolks with vinegar, honey and gochujang paste then slowly drizzle oil into mixture whilst whisking continuously

Step 3

Mix roughly chopped chicken through the mayonnaise then add onto buttered bread, and topped with Asian slaw
