To start, finely slice your onion. Then, gently heat up your red wine vinegar on the hob. Once warm, transfer into a jug. Mix with sugar, salt and peppercorns. Mix and then add in your onions. Leave to pickle
Next, slice your garlic in half and remove the green germ. Then continue to slice and dice finely.
Then, place your garlic in a blender along with lemon juice, cold water, salt and vegetable oil. Blend for around fifteen seconds until a mayonnaise consistency is formed
Sautee the Vivera Plant Shawarma in a pan along with some oil and shawarma spice. Fry on medium for about five minutes
Once done, remove the shawarma from the pan and toast the flatbread in the remaining juices for a few seconds. Slice your tomato and roughly chop some lettuce before assembling your kebab
Assemble with lettuce at the bottom, then the shawarma, then tomato, pomegranate seeds and top with your toum. Wrap it up and get stuck in
