Chop the tomatoes into small chunks and slice the spring onion

Heat oil in a frying pan and crack in the eggs. Once the whites have set, fold in half

Set the eggs aside, then add the tomatoes to the same pan. Cook until softened, then cover with water and place a lid on the pan
Step 4
When the water is boiling, readd the eggs and add the noodles from the ramen as well as the flavour packet and stir well. Bring to a boil, then add the spring onion and stir though. Serve and enjoy!
