Turkey Sausage Flatbread

Serves 2


Step 1

Start by slicing the sausages into bite size piece, halving the cherry tomatoes, dicing the garlic and slicing the red onion

Step 2

Add oil to a large pan and heat before adding the chopped turkey sausages. Fry for around 5 minutes before adding red onion

Step 3

Add garlic granules, smoked paprika, 1tsp black pepper, 1/2tsp salt and chilli paste to the pan, stir and fry for a further 5 minutes

Step 4

Whilst the sausages are cooking, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, diced garlic, and 1/2tsp of both salt and pepper to make a sauce

Step 5

Toast the flatbread and add spinach and cherry tomatoes before topping with half the sausage mix and half of the sauce and you’re ready to serve
