Method

Step 1
Start by grating the garlic and add to a bowl of yoghurt
Step 2
Chop the dill and add to the yoghurt along with salt and pepper
Step 3
Melt the butter in a pan and, once it starts sizzling, add smoked paprika, cumin, sumac and chilli flakes
Step 4
Poach the eggs to taste, then spoon the yoghurt into a bowl, top with the eggs and then drizzle over the buttery sauce. Season to taste and enjoy!
