Step 1
Finely chop the dill
Step 2
Grate the garlic clove into a bowl and combine with yoghurt, salt, pepper and dill
Step 3
Melt butter in a pan and add paprika, Aleppo pepper and cumin. Transfer to a bowl
Step 4
Toast the bread on both sides. Top the bread with the yoghurt sauce and a poached egg. Drizzle on the spiced butter and top with dill. Enjoy!
