Add some olive oil and salt to the turkey bacon, lay down on some grease proof paper and place into the oven for around 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius

Slice your onion sideways into rings, and cook in some butter and olive oil over a low heat. Add some saffron halfway through cooking your onions

Add your goose fat to a pan over high heat. Season your burger with salt on both sides and add to the pan. Flip after 3 minutes, turn the heat down, and cook for a further 3 more minutes on a low heat. Then, cover the burger with the American cheese, add an egg to the pan and cook for a further 2 minutes

Toast your burger buns in the same pan, face down, for a minute or until lightly toasted

Assemble your burger starting with the bun, lettuce, burger, onions, turkey bacon, egg, chilli jam, and bun! Enjoy!
