Method

Step 1

Start by chopping up your potatoes into fries then rinse and pat dry. Then deep fry them for around six minutes. If you're using frozen fries, follow the instructions for cooking on the packet.

Step 2

Next it's time to prepare your salad. Chop your tomato, red onion and lettuce finely.

Step 3

In a bowl, combine your mayonnaise with greek yoghurt. Season with salt and pepper, then grate in your garlic cloves. Squeeze in your lemon juice, stir, and its all done.

Step 4

Pull your fries up and turn the oil up to 190C. Or, check on your frozen fries at this stage.

Step 5

Drizzle some oil into a pan and get the heat on to high. Add in the Vivera greek style kebab and let it sizzle away for five minutes. Optionally, add salt and chilli flakes.

Step 6

Let your fries fry until golden and then assemble by layering fries first, then salad, then the Vivera greek style kebab, top with a heaped dollop of sauce and enjoy!
