Method

Step 1
Peel and dice the onion and the potatoes. Heat oil in a pan and add onion and garlic
Step 2
Add the turmeric, coriander, cumin, garlic powder, ginger and chilli powder before adding tomato puree. Stir well
Step 3
Add the potatoes, tinned tomatoes, stock and the mince. Cover and leave to simmer until the potatoes soften
Step 4
Add the peas, spinach and coriander and cook uncovered until the spinach has wilted and the peas are soft. Serve with coconut yoghurt and enjoy!
