Method

Step 1

Start by mashing up one banana in a small baking dish. Then top with oats, chia seeds and soya milk. Mix well together to form a thick paste

Step 2

Now, add in one tsp of vanilla extract and stir in well, along with your protein powder, mix and combine well

Step 3

Top with your summer berries, pushing a few to the bottom. Bake at 200C for fifteen minutes and when out of the oven, drizzle with peanut butter and enjoy
