Vegan Shawarma Flatbreads

Step 1

Start by chopping your tomatoes into halves and slicing your red onion. In a pan, get your olive oil in on a medium heat. Add the onion and tomatoes and after a few minutes of cooking, add the shawarma.

Step 2

Stir occasionally and add in salt, pepper, garlic granules and one portion of peri peri seasoning. Continue stirring and fry for six minutes.

Step 3

Make your vegan perinase by mixing together your mayonnaise and other portion of peri peri seasoning, stir well!

Step 4

Then, shred your lettuce and toast the flatbreads.

Step 5

Spread an even layer of vegan perinase onto your flatbread, then begin to layer your lettuce on top, before adding a generous spoonful of shawarma mixture. Enjoy!
